This is a dynamic, rhythm-based workout that uses a step platform to elevate your cardio while strengthening your lower body and core. You’ll move through coordinated step patterns that improve endurance, balance, and coordination, all while keeping your heart rate up. The routines are structured, progressive, and adaptable to your fitness level, making them effective without being intimidating. It’s ideal if you want a workout that feels energising, protects your joints, and delivers lasting results through consistency rather than high impact extremes.

Cancellation Policy
All bookings for fitness classes, programs, and sessions are non-refundable. Clients who are unable to attend a scheduled session may reschedule, subject to the conditions below: 1. Rescheduling is permitted provided notice is given at least 2 before the scheduled session. 2. Rescheduled sessions must be completed within the validity period of the original booking or membership. 3. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being forfeited. 4. Refunds, credits, or cash equivalents are not issued for missed, cancelled, or unused sessions.
