Service Description
This is cardio-based core conditioning, a training style where your core does the majority of the work, while cardio is used deliberately to support body leanness and visible ab definition. You’ll perform continuous, core-driven movements that keep your abdominal muscles engaged throughout the session, with heart-rate elevation helping reduce body fat over time. The focus is on core endurance, control, and definition, not random ab exercises. It’s ideal if you want a strong, conditioned midsection and a leaner look built through intelligent, purposeful movement.

Cancellation Policy
All bookings for fitness classes, programs, and sessions are non-refundable. Clients who are unable to attend a scheduled session may reschedule, subject to the conditions below: 1. Rescheduling is permitted provided notice is given at least 2 before the scheduled session. 2. Rescheduled sessions must be completed within the validity period of the original booking or membership. 3. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being forfeited. 4. Refunds, credits, or cash equivalents are not issued for missed, cancelled, or unused sessions.
