Service Description
This training is designed to build a strong, stable centre that supports your entire body. You’ll focus on controlled movements that target your abdominal muscles, lower back, hips, and deep stabilisers to improve posture, balance, and overall strength. The exercises are deliberate, progressive, and adaptable to your level, helping you develop a firm, functional core without strain. It’s ideal if you want better movement control, improved performance in other workouts, and a stronger foundation for long-term fitness.

Cancellation Policy
All bookings for fitness classes, programs, and sessions are non-refundable. Clients who are unable to attend a scheduled session may reschedule, subject to the conditions below: 1. Rescheduling is permitted provided notice is given at least 2 before the scheduled session. 2. Rescheduled sessions must be completed within the validity period of the original booking or membership. 3. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being forfeited. 4. Refunds, credits, or cash equivalents are not issued for missed, cancelled, or unused sessions.
