This class focuses on training your body to move better and feel stronger in everyday life. You’ll work through controlled, purposeful movements that build core strength, stability, balance, and overall functional power, supporting how you sit, stand, lift, and move daily. The training is structured, scalable, and technique-focused, helping you improve posture, protect your joints, and reduce injury risk while building real, usable strength. It’s ideal if you want a strong core, better movement control, and a resilient body that supports long-term fitness and health.

Cancellation Policy
All bookings for fitness classes, programs, and sessions are non-refundable. Clients who are unable to attend a scheduled session may reschedule, subject to the conditions below: 1. Rescheduling is permitted provided notice is given at least 2 before the scheduled session. 2. Rescheduled sessions must be completed within the validity period of the original booking or membership. 3. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being forfeited. 4. Refunds, credits, or cash equivalents are not issued for missed, cancelled, or unused sessions.
